Job Position: Management Trainees

Job Description: The trainee will be exposed to different facets of shopping center research, retail planning and pre-opening to assume management roles after acquiring skills in mall development, leasing and management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess General Degree
• Have drive, initiative, able to work under pressure
• Bilingual ability and pleasant personality will be an advantage

Job Description: Opportunities to work with senior management team and move on to retail planning work

• Possess Degree in Economics, Real Estate, Marketing or International Business/Trade
• Possess relevant experience in research department in an international or large local real estate company

• Able to demonstrate teamwork, integrity, independence and able to meet deadlines

Job Description: To plan, organize and lead the opening of a mega mall within a mixed used project

Job Requirements:

• Able to demonstrate leadership skills to plan, organize and lead the opening of a mega mall within a mixed-used project
• Possess relevant experience in mall management as Deputy General Manager will be an advantage
